1 Mental state:
3.1.1 Adjust your mentality before going to work, have a good mental state, be emotionally stable, energetic, and enter the workshop in a good mood. To ensure safety, efficiency, quality, quantity, and completion of production tasks on time.
3.1.2 The clothes and hats are neat, no long hair, no rings, bracelets, no vests or shorts. Otherwise, persuade them to make corrections and then enter the workshop; those who have already entered the workshop, make them leave their posts, and then take up their posts after corrections. Those who do not change after repeated teachings will terminate the labor contract.
3.2 Labor discipline:
3.2.1 Go to work on time, do not arrive late and leave early, arrive late and leave early, and do not ask for leave one hour before going to work.
3.2.2 If you are not allowed to sleep or doze off at work, the labor contract will be terminated if the accumulative number exceeds three times.
3.2.3 Loud noise, eating snacks, leaving the post, hanging around the post, chatting, joking, and making trouble are strictly prohibited in the workshop. Terminate the labor contract three times in a row within a month.
3.2.4 To ask for leave, you must go through the procedures of asking for leave, write a leave request form, and submit it to the production director for approval before leaving. Something must be announced in advance, or someone can replace it. Except in special circumstances, it is not allowed to ask for leave by phone or take leave.
3.2.5 Non-personnel of the unit and employees who are not working in the workshop are not allowed to enter the workshop. Visitors who are approved to enter the workshop shall be accompanied by the factory leader and the workshop director shall lead the team to enter the workshop in an orderly manner without affecting production. Trial personnel enter the workshop and are brought in by the person in charge of the workshop.
3.3 Preparations before starting:
3.3.1 The operator must check whether the voltage of the equipment is normal before starting the machine, and whether there are sundries or things unrelated to production around the equipment.
3.2.2 Carefully read the production task notice and process list; and refer to the requirements of the process list to receive packaging materials and auxiliary materials related to the production of the order.
3.4 Production debugging: non-woven three-dimensional bag making machine
3.4.1 According to the requirements of the process sheet, use a hydraulic truck to install the base material needed for bag making at the center of the feeding shaft, and use a pneumatic gun to inflate the inflation shaft. Start the air pressure lifting device to put the substrate into the appropriate discharge position. Check this roll of base material for product defects and add strips. If so, you must keep in mind the position of the joints, so that the defective products can be removed during the bag making process.
3.4.2 Correctly wear the material. 3.4.3 After the material is pierced, the heat sealing tool that meets the product requirements can be replaced according to the requirements of the process.
3.4.4 Connect the host power supply, cooling water, static elimination device and compressed air source, and set the appropriate temperature of the corresponding heat sealing knife through the operation interface according to the process requirements.
3.4.5 Set the discharge tension and air pressure, and put it into automatic.
3.4.6 Send the material to the cutting position required by the process sheet through the material button, and adjust the sensitivity of the bag-making length tracking electric eye. If punching is required, adjust the position of the punched fillet hole and tear opening.
3.4.7 Through the man-machine interface, set the size of the bag, the feeding speed of the bag, the prompt of the quantity of finished products and the sealing ratio according to the requirements of the process sheet.
3.5 Start production: zipper bag making machine
3.5.1 After everything is ready, start the equipment and start making bags.
3.3.2 For the products of the initial batch of equipment, the length error of the finished bag, the heat sealing strength, and the detection that may affect the quality of the product should be checked in detail.
3.5.3 Put the qualified products into the finished product box, paste the certificate of conformity on the outside of the finished product box, and seal it with tape for storage.
3.5.4 When the machine is in operation, pay attention to the changes of the equipment at any time, such as: temperature and pressure. And clean the surface of the equipment at any time. It is strictly forbidden to pile up waste everywhere. 30 minutes before get off work, the assistant will clean the surrounding of the equipment, otherwise the successor has the right not to take over the shift.
3.5.5 In case of equipment failure, especially electrical failure, it should be reported to the bag production team leader in time, fill in the "Equipment Failure Repair Report" and notify the maintenance personnel.
3.6 Downtime:
3.6.1 After the shutdown of the order, the site must be cleaned, the finished products must be packed in boxes, and the next batch of products must be waited for.
3.6.3 If the bag making machine stops for more than one shift, the water, electricity and gas should be turned off.
3.7 Safe operation methods in the production process
3.7.1 High temperature resistant gloves must be worn when replacing the heat sealing knife, and care must be taken during installation to prevent the heat sealing knife from being damaged or smashed.
3.7.2 When the punching device is running, it is forbidden to clean the sticky objects in the working area by hand, and it must be stopped to clean up.
3.7.3 In the process of bag making, use the knife correctly to avoid scratches by the knife.
3.7.4 When using a manual forklift, be sure to strictly follow the manual forklift operation instructions.
